仲为国

组织与战略管理系 副教授

人物简介

仲为国,博士,北京大学光华管理学院组织与战略管理系副教授,博士生导师,组织与战略管理系副主任,北京大学战略研究所所长,国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者,“北大光华—日出东方”首批青年学者,主要研究领域包括产业与区域经济、数字经济、创新战略及企业国际化议题。仲为国教授60余篇研究作品发表《管理世界》、Academy of Management Journal、Strategic Management Journal及Journal of International Business Studies等国内外权威期刊上。出版《负责任的管理研究:哲学与实践》(北京大学出版社),《人类幸福的政治经济学》(译著,北京大学出版社)、《China's Innovation Challenge》(剑桥大学出版社)及《从引进到创新》等著作。同时,他还主持国家及省部级科研项目20余项,包括科技部国家重点研发计划1项,自科重大项目1项,自科重点项目2项,获得众多国际和省部级科研成果奖励,如第九届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖一等奖、江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖、Emerald/IACMR中国管理研究卓越奖(2次)及美国管理学会最佳会议论文奖(4次)等。仲为国教授为光华管理学院本科、硕士、博士、MBA、ExED、EMBA、DBA等讲授数字化转型与企业创新战略、管理学原理、战略管理、产业演化与企业创新、管理研究哲学、以及高级战略管理等课程。作为主要教学老师,仲为国教授还参与创建并培训了全国首届-第七届“管理研究哲学师资培训班”。研究和教学之外,仲为国教授积极参与实践咨询,参与国家“十四五规划”、“十五五规划”等重要政策的研究与论证工作。
